Scholarships

Every year, Midstate Electric provides financial opportunities for those seeking to continue their education in college by providing eight (8) $2,500 scholarships. Three (3) scholarships are for seniors who will be graduating from La Pine, Gilchrist and North Lake County High Schools, one (1) scholarship is for seniors attending other high schools and two (2) "at-large" scholarships are for persons already graduated wishing to continue their education.  We will also provide two (2) scholarships for interested applicants to attend lineman school.

When applying for one of Midstate Electric’s scholarships, applications must be made either through the counselor’s office at the local high schools (in the case of graduating seniors) or directly through Midstate Electric.

Applications are distributed during the first of March each year, and are due the first Friday in May.
