Midstate Electric bills you monthly for electricity used in the previous month. Your bill is based on your consumption as recorded by your household electric meter from the first day of the billing cycle to the last.
Midstate Electric members pay some of the lowest electricity rates in the nation. Rates are determined by the kind of service you have (i.e. residential, commercial, industrial or irrigation).
