Rate Classification

The Security Lighting rates listed below apply to all customers using dusk-to-dawn outdoor lighting where existing secondary voltages are available.

Conditions of Service

Midstate Electric will furnish, install, operate and maintain the lighting installation at a mutually agreeable location. Failed lamps will be replaced as soon as reasonably possible during the normal work week once Midstate Electric has been notified, at no additional charge to the customer.

If an additional pole is required, Midstate Electric will install one in accordance with the existing line extension policy.

It is the responsibility of the customer to protect the lighting equipment from deliberate damage. The customer will allow Midstate Electric free access to maintain and inspect the installation.

Discounts

If the current month's electric bill payment is received in full within ten days of the billing date, a 1.5% prompt payment discount will be credited to the next month's electric bill.
