ENERGY STAR® Manufactured Homes

ENERGY STAR® Manufactured Homes Rebate Program is for new electrically heated stick-built homes and manufactured homes built to NEEM/ENERGY STAR specifications.  New ENERGY STAR manufactured homes receive a $1,150 rebate when set-up is complete and the home has passed an inspection by a Midstate Electric representative.
