2026 Annual Meeting Information
The 2026 Annual Membership Meeting was held on May 16, 2026, from 9am-11:30am at the Midstate Headquarters in La Pine.
At this year’s meeting, Board Districts #5, #7, and #9 were up for election.
- District #5 – Tanna King ran unopposed and received 1,979 votes.
- District #7 – Alan Parks ran unopposed and received 1,973 votes.
- District #9: Richard Luebke did not seek re-election. Gary Martin was elected with 1,296 votes, surpassing his opponent, Jim Fister, who received 821 votes.
The Midstate Electric Board of Directors is now as follows:
- District #1: Steve Miles, Secretary
- District #2: Ron Cass, Chair
- District #3: Garry Journey
- District #4: Brad Crement
- District #5: Tanna King
- District #6: Steve Hess
- District #7: Alan Parks
- District #8: Dan Jansen, Vice Chair
- District #9: Gary Martin
The membership approved the proposed amendments to the Midstate Electric Bylaws:
