Board Meeting Attendance Request

Note: No Cooperative member or other person, including the attorney of a member or other person, may attend a meeting of the Board of Directors unless this request form is completed and express approval for such attendance is thereafter allowed. Request forms must be submitted no later than 10 days prior to the date of the board meeting.

Visitors are given a maximum of 5 minutes to speak and will be asked to leave once the board has had a chance to ask questions. Warranted responses will be provided in written form after board discussion.

Under no circumstances will member impair or interfere with the conduct of a board meeting. The board reserves the right to exclude persons from any board meeting at any time.
