What does Midstate consider “On Peak” and “Off Peak” hours?

On-peak hours are Monday through Friday, 7 to 10 a.m. and 5 to 8 p.m. Pacific Standard Time for all days in the year. All other hours (including Saturday & Sunday) are off-peak.
